National Women’s Day photoshoot
Before our last fashion meet event we was able to shoot with photographer Lamonte Fields (IG-@killingthecomposition). Lamonte fields is a local Boston Area photographer with an eye for fashion. Besides from having a great photographer, this shoot was also special for another reason, this shoot took place on National Womens Day. This holiday is aimed to help the nation worldwide eliminate discrimination against women. To celebrate the holiday, we asked some very strong independent women. Joining us was Dirty Water Media host Alexandra Marcello (IG-@alexandra_marcello) and freelance model Jenny Andrade (IG-@badasssjenny). All the ingredients were set for an amazing ,Vibrant shoot. Together Jenny and Alexandra had great chemistry in front of the camera.
As this shoot made out for a perfect match, we was able to capture some amazing shots of Jenny and Alexandra wearing some garments from our 2020 spring collection. Lavish living has been known to cater to men more with our past collections. We have decided to make our 2020 spring/summer collection more dedicated to the women. This shoot included a new colorway on our womens bomber jacket and a new design for it and A Custom design options on our women’s Harlem pants, The custom Harlem pants are a collaboration with designer and Northeastern student Joshua Levanos. Josh Levanos is the owner of Rhode Island’s streetwear sensation Drip Drop Apparel. Josh teamed up with co-owner Jason Sergenton to give our pants a new stylish touch with velvet velour stripes riding down the sides of the pants.
To celebrate National Women’s day, we recently linked up with NESN Television Host Alexandria Marcello and freelance model Jenny Andrade (photoed to the left, Alexandria on top; Jenny on bottom) for a photoshoot at Encore Boston Harbor. We also got to ask our models some question about the shoot and national womens day. Capturing the shoot was Boston photographer LaMonte Fields ( IG:@killingthecomposition); This was our third shoot with the local photographer and one of our best ones yet.

Summer 2019 recap - Lavish Living

After labor day weekend, all we can think about is summer being over. 2019 was a good summer, unfortunately New England summer never last long enough. Blessed we got a chance to organize events throughout the summer. We put our brand in the position to showcase new garments at fashion shows, and vendor opportunities. Most importantly, we gained new supporters and customers. Lavish Living stayed busy all summer. This summer was successful and productive to say the least. To end off our summer campaign, we participated in The High Renaissance Fashion/ Art showcase hosted by Pi Art Society & Our Lavish Culture. The models were fantastic to work with, the crowd had no standing room, and we displayed tons of new pieces we created this summer. We showcased new fall garments and a collaborative custom piece we created with Souls Global designer Elise Arsenault. This event was amazing to be apart of. Thank you to Black Picasso and the rest of the artist/designers that made this show possible.

The Flag of New England* was designed in appreciation of the efforts and achievements of the early residents; pride in the cultural treasures, natural resources and manufactured products of the region.
Historically, New Englanders were the first Americans to forcefully throw off the yoke of English dominance, and this flag is based on the one carried by the New England Army during the Battle of Bunker Hill, June 17, 1775.
The Red Cross signifies the Cross of St. George, the patron saint of England. The green pine tree represents our tall New England pine trees and the six stars symbolize the New England galaxy - the beautiful states of Maine, New Hampshire , Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island , and Connecticut.
